Key Equipment

JME 6:CR2 Pipeline Crawler - Magnetic controlled X-ray internal pipeline crawlers from 6” to 42-inch capabilities. A Magnetope system controls the crawler, this avoids the hassle of a radioactive source being used and stored at clients premises.

180kv-300kv Panaoramix Crawler Tube Head Crawler Kits

Directional X-ray Tubes - Vertech Group utilise the Rigaku Brand 250kv and 300kv directional X- ray tubes for the double-wall single image technique.

Digital Radiography Systems - GE Crx Vision scanners and Rhythm RT software.

Mobile Digital Vans - enabling team to process pipeline data quickly for instant results.

Mobile Van Conventional Processing Facilities

Mobile Truck Mounted Conventional Skids

Vertech Group completed a highly successful project proving our pipeline inspection package. The scope to focused on inspecting interconnecting flowlines that ranged from 3” through to 8” in Diameter and ran from Ballera in South West QLD through to Moomba in South Australia. The project was completed on time and on budget utilising conventional film processing, Rigaku external X-ray systems and JME Crawler systems with mobile truck-mounted labs

Vertech Group delivered a pipeline inspection package to complete a 17.5 Km, 8” diameter pipeline in Ballera South-West Qld. The team utilised equipment including JME CR2 crawler systems, conventional film processing, mobile darkrooms, and mobile tie in darkrooms. The project was completed safely, ahead of schedule and to a high standard.
