What is V-Deck™
V-Deck™ is an engineered modular suspended temporary works platform. Lightweight deck panels, high tensile trusses, rated suspension chains and purpose designed clamps combine to form a strong, stable working surface where conventional suspended or ground-based scaffolding may be slow, heavy or difficult to configure.
The system is typically installed progressively by V-Deck™ trained personnel using rope access and specialist work at height techniques. Once inspected and handed over, it can support authorised Vertech crews, client personnel or nominated contractors undertaking inspection, NDT, maintenance, repair, coating and remediation within the approved design limits and site controls.
Each installation is configured around the asset, work scope, required loading and operating environment. Vertech assesses the access requirement, contributes practical constructability and configuration input, and supplies, installs and manages the system in accordance with the approved project documentation.
