CPF & FSPO Inspection

In 2015, Vertech commenced baseline inspections of the Ichthys Venturer FPSO and the world’s largest semi-submersible, the Ichthys Explorer, in South Korea.

Continuing operations in Australia, Vertech now provides the full suite of specialist access, in-service inspection (ISI), NDT, ROV and UAV services across the offshore assets and the Inpex LNG facility.

SCOPE OF WORK

Ongoing inspection and maintenance programmes to ensure ongoing asset integrity of the Inpex facilities – These inspection programmes provide information on the current condition of the Pressure Equipment, Hull Tanks/Structure and Topside Structures as input into the Inpex risk-based inspection (RBI) planning process to optimise inspection periods and requirements in operations.

To support the ongoing inspection requirements, Vertech and our Group companies AUAV, Geo Oceans and Sonomatic provide professional inspection, Non-destructive Testing (NDT), and specialist maintenance people, equipment, and services company to provide:

  • AICIP (Australian Institute for the Certification of Inspection Personnel) Pressure Equipment inspectors.
  • Conventional and advanced Non-destructive testing (NDT) services.
  • NACE-certified coating inspectors.
  • Marine Class Inspection Services.
  • Asset deployed Mini-ROV inspection and testing services.
  • Maintenance, inspection, testing and replacement of flare tips.
  • Specialised rope access and alternative access maintenance services.
  • Other general maintenance services as required and directed by the Company by Company (e.g., Turnarounds).
  • Supply of all tooling, equipment and materials required to conduct inspection and maintenance as required by INPEX.
  • Remote Digital Visual Inspection services (RDVI).
  • Inspection engineering support for Advanced inspection techniques, work pack generation, Risk-based inspection, inspection engineering, graduate and intermediate engineering support and marine Class integrity support.
